Dragon's Eye Labradorite — Richardson's Rock Ranch — The Surfboard
It was 95 degrees in the Oregon sun at Richardson's Rock Ranch. The Richardson Strike → The locals told us the blues were weak — don't look for blue. Janyce doesn't listen to don't. She spent an hour baking in the sun turning over raw boulders. This piece is what she found.
The shape came out of the rough naturally — long, narrow, curved at the ends like a surfboard. We didn't force it. Blue, yellow, green flash all running the full length. When the light hits it right it shifts. We lost 25% of that raw just learning the angles. We cut strictly to chase the flash. The Richardson's Rock Ranch Collection →
