PROCESSING TIMES

Pre-Cut Inventory: Finished freeform cabochons and jewelry are carefully packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our Spokane Valley studio.

Custom "Polish Your Treasures" Work: Turnaround times vary depending on the stone and our current bench queue. We will give you an honest estimated timeline during your initial consultation — no surprises.

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING

We offer free Economy shipping for US orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum purchase or order-weight restriction. Select Economy at checkout to use the free shipping option.

Standard and Express are separate paid shipping options. Available options and charges are shown at checkout.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS. All stones are packed with care to survive the journey. If you have a carrier preference or need expedited shipping, contact us before placing your order.

TRANSIT DAMAGE

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us at thebench@rockhoundstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof and we will make it right.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns and elective bench repairs. If we sent the wrong item or your piece arrived damaged, Rockhound Studio covers the return postage. Contact us before sending a piece back so we can arrange the return.

MAIL-IN ROUGH STONES

If you are sending us your own rough stone for custom cutting, you are responsible for safely packaging and shipping it to our Spokane Valley studio. We are not liable for stones lost or damaged by the carrier in transit to us.
